AI for Event Marketing. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Who we are

E Labs Ventures Ltd. (company number 17050248), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), trading as the vibe promoter by E Labs, sells AI for Event Marketing ("the guide"). You can reach us at elliot@e-labs.agency.

What you are buying

The guide is a digital product: a PDF guide, a prompt library (CSV), a tool directory (CSV), a pack of AI skills (one zip) and a zip of companion files. The companion files are an AI policy and pre-publish checklist, a time-saved log with its test protocol and a monthly model check card, with copies of the prompt library, tool directory and skill pack. You get it through a personal download link, which we show on screen after payment and also email to you.

Price and payment

The price is £59 in pounds sterling, as a one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are taken by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. Once your payment is confirmed we email your download link and show it on the confirmation page. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us with the address you paid with.

To stop links being passed around, each order has a limit on the number of downloads. If you hit it by accident, email us and we will reset it.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the guide for your own events and your own business. We still own the guide and everything in it. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or your download links.

No promise of results

The guide is guidance and general information. We do not promise any particular result, time saving, registrations, ticket sales or return on ad spend. How your marketing performs depends on your event, audience, price, creative, budget and the tools and platforms you use. The guide quotes model names, plans and prices that were checked on 5 October 2026 and may have changed. Its notes on law, data protection, copyright and platform rules are general information, not legal advice.

Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final. The guide is delivered digitally and straight away. At checkout you confirm that you want the download to start immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it does. The free sample chapter lets you check fit before you buy. Full details are in our refunds and cancellation policy. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected by these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of you using the guide, such as lost profit or ad spend.

Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
