Terms of sale
The Event Meta Ads Playbook. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who we are
E Labs Ventures Ltd. (company number 17050248), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), trading as the vibe promoter by E Labs, sells The Event Meta Ads Playbook ("the playbook"). You can reach us at elliot@e-labs.agency.
What you are buying
The playbook is a digital product: a PDF guide, an AI skill (one zip file), a PDF install guide for the skill and a CSV case library. You get it through a personal download link, which we show on screen after payment and also email to you.
Price and payment
The price is £37 in pounds sterling, as a one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are taken by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details.
TODO(owner) State whether the price includes VAT, and add the VAT number if the business is VAT registered.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. Once your payment is confirmed we email your download link and show it on the confirmation page. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us with the address you paid with.
To stop links being passed around, each order has a limit on the number of downloads. If you hit it by accident, email us and we will reset it.
Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the playbook for your own events and your own business. We still own the playbook and everything in it. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or your download links.

No promise of results
The playbook is guidance based on anonymised past campaigns. We do not promise any particular ticket sales, return on ad spend or other result. How your campaigns perform depends on your event, audience, price, creative, budget and on Meta's own platform.
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final. The playbook is delivered digitally and straight away. At checkout you confirm that you want the download to start immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it does. The free sample chapter lets you check fit before you buy. Full details are in our refunds and cancellation policy. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected by these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of you using the playbook, such as lost profit or ad spend.

Law and disputes
TODO(owner) Confirm which country's law applies and where disputes are heard. England and Wales is the usual choice for a UK company.
